Leaders today incorporate inclusive leadership practices to target the intersectionality of race, ethnicity, gender and distinctions in culture.

As leaders in your chapters, workplaces, provinces and communities, what does ‘inclusive leadership’ mean to you? This workshop will start with a review of inclusive leadership principles as promoted through the Australia Awards Program to develop a baseline for embracing a common vocabulary. Participants will then work in small groups to contribute their perspectives and experiences.

The last part of the session is a facilitated discussion with all to develop the top three Inclusive Leadership themes and principles to further develop in the workshop series from April through June.
