Conflict is at the core of why you need to have difficult conversations. Join Mentoring Specialist Dr Lesley Petersen in a webinar, on Wednesday 21 September, about ‘how to have difficult conversations with confidence, skill and resolve’.
In this session, Dr Petersen will discuss the causes of conflict and equip participants with strategies to navigate conflict situations and prepare for having the difficult conversation with the intention of finding resolution.
