A new year is upon us and as leaders in our workplace, community and across PNGAAA we must remember one of our primary roles is to inspire and motivate our teams to activate our plans for 2022.
In this interactive session we will review the 5 I’s of volunteer management that provide leaders a framework for any organisation. Participants are encouraged to come to the session with their drafted workplans for their respective PNGAAA chapters and/or other projects. We will also include an open Q&A session about the upcoming 2022 PNGAAA elections.
