COVID-19 continues to challenge us personally and professionally. In 2020 we learned valuable lessons to apply to our New Normal. As leaders within PNGAAA, in our workplaces, and our communities, how do we maintain personal and professional balance while staying productive and keeping the bigger picture in mind?
This new three-part series is designed to support all PNGAAA members over the next three months. In this second session we will focus on mindfulness.
PNGAAA and Dr Gretchen Dobson are proud to introduce guest co-presenter, Kris Glasspell, Australian-based remedial massage therapist and yoga instructor, to help guide us through the session, covering these topics:
• What is mindfulness?
• How do we practice mindfulness?
• How do we maintain mindfulness in our own lives?
• How do we as leaders encouraging ‘mindfulness’ activity in the workplace?
The session will include an open discussion period. RSVP by 12 noon on Wednesday, 19 May 2021 to reserve a spot!
