Attention: Morobe Alumni
Australia Awards is pleased to offer a two-day workshop being facilitated by certified Toastmasters Facilitators and PNGAAA Executive Committee Members Ms Bertha Ngahan and Mr Kia-Heny Nema.
Objective: To provide Public Speaking tools and techniques to empower members to become more effective communicators and leaders
Some topics covered:
1. How to structure and organize your speech
2. Understanding your audience
3. How to effective use body gestures
4. How to effectively get your point to your audience.
5. Effective use of vocal variety
6. Persuade and Inspire your audience
Date: 30th and 31st May 2026
Venue: Lae International Hotel
Time: 8am - 4pm
As there are limited spaces available, we will only be able to accept 20 alumni to attend this workshop. Eligibility requirements include:
- Must be a financial member for the 2026–2027 membership period
- Must be an alumni based in Morobe Province and an active member of the PNGAAA Morobe Chapter
- Available to attend both days (30–31 May 2026)
