Grant Writing Workshop 2-Goroka

Course Objective

This is a two-day professional development workshop to be offered by Australia Awards PNG to alumni who live and work in the Highlands Region covering the following provinces and Chapters: Chimbu, Eastern Highlands, Enga, Hela, Jiwaka, Southern Highlands, and Western Highlands. This workshop is aimed at building capacity by equipping alumni with the necessary skills to write a grant proposal, develop costing, write an Implementation plan and schedule for a grant proposal. 

The workshop will enhance skills and knowledge of alumni to write a grant application for Alumni Grant Scheme and also apply for other grant funding.

Pre-requisite 

No specific pre-requisite for this workshop, however, alumni whose role relate to seeking development funding or plan to apply for development grants are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

• An alumni must have an updated 360alumni profile (updated within the last 3 months) and 
• An alumni must be a current (2026-2027) financial member of PNGAAA.
