DESCRIPTION: The University of Newcastle and Australia Awards Papua New Guinea are pleased to invite you to an interactive day of learning about "Healthy Conversation Skills" led by Professor Lesley MacDonald-Wicks and Associate Professor Amanda Patterson.Healthy Conversation Skills teaches practitioners to engage and motivate patients to make positive behavior changes to improve their health and wellbeing. Health professionals or health support workers would benefit from this workshop, especially those looking to support positive behavior change in lifestyle risk factors.
